    1)Work towards error-free billing / right in first instance
    2)Managing appointments, registrations of patients
    3)Resolution of patient complaints pertaining to appointment / billing etc
    4)Escalation to appropriate team for quick resolutions
    5)Patient feedback
    6)Usage of system / IT patient records
    7)Work with Nursing and doctors to provide care coordination
    8)Effective utilization of all communication and EPABX systems.
    9)Communicating about facilities, services offered along policy & prices.
