Front Office Executive


 Purpose: To provide information to the patients and give the ‘world class patient experience’ wrt to the appointment management, billing and other administrative processes…..a caring and patient centric atmosphere in the Front Office.


 Key Responsibility:

•          Work towards ‘error-free’ billing / right in first instance

•          Managing appointments, registrations of patients

•          Resolution of patient complaints pertaining to appointment / billing etc

•          Escalation to appropriate team for quick resolutions

•          Patient feedback

•          Usage of system / IT – patient records

•          Work with Nursing and doctors to provide ‘care coordination’

•          Effective utilization of all communication and EPABX systems.
