Full Time Making business models and commercial proposals for the new opportunities for new and existing accounts
Managing the contracts (Customer and Vendor contracts) from commercial perspective (both pricing negotiations and Commercial clauses including checking of overall compliance)
Contract Management – Managing of Project P&L and ensure compliance with the budget and take steps to improve margins.
Helping in drafting and implementing the finance control process to the respective teams to ensure compliance.
Helping with Financial budgets and planning exercise including rolling forecast and financial ratio analysis
Work with the sales and operations team and support them in new initiatives and helping them with service line wise P&L.
Desired Candidate Profile
• CA
• 4-8 years of relevant experience in Managing Business Finance
