Job Purpose
The requisite role requires the candidate to be well versed with marketing and communications activities
including event management, digital marketing, vendor management, project execution, websites
management and a creative bent of mind. It is a multi-tasker role that will require meticulous planning and
implementation of campaigns for various stakeholders.
Core Responsibilities
• Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate
leads.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across all
channels.
• Manage social media presence, including content creation, community management, and analytics
reporting.
• Conduct market research and analyze data to inform future strategies.
• Coordinate with sales team to develop targeted campaigns and promotions.
• Monitor competitive landscape and stay up to date on industry trends.
• Identify and explore new business opportunities that align with our strategic objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new markets and expand our customer base.
• Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring favorable terms and mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Embody our brand identity and values, bringing them to life through your creative approach.
POSITION AVAILABLE:
Educational Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
Experience
• 5 Years of experience.
Competencies
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving business objectives.
• Knowledge of MBA Marketing is preferred but not required
