Job Purpose :
 Promoting and recommending Health packages to Customers and ensuring delightful experience.
Core Responsibilities :
• Attending to customer query.
• Communicating with customer and recommending health packages.
• Package Sales.
• End-to-end ownership for managing leads till final billing.
• Capturing relevant and correct patient details in LMS.
• Booking appointments for patients for various locations.
• Eliciting customer feedback and handling customer complaints maturely.
• Interacting with customers on chat for any inquiry or request.
• Maintaining the brand standard.
• Giving customer a delightful overall experience.

Qualification

 Essential: Graduate with Minimum 3 years of experience

 English (Essential)
 Tamil (Essential)
 Telugu (Preferable)
 Hindi (Preferable
