Purpose of the role
Ensure effective delivery of services by leading and tracking all the administrative processes for the assigned cluster
Streamline day-to-day operational activities ensuring minimum customer grievances.
Responsible for day to day operations (including Front Office, Security, billing & collections and Housekeeping, attendance tracking, Facility management, etc.)
Key Responsibilities
Implementation:
Ensure Quality parameters being implemented, and record maintained.
Ensure daily tracking of day-to-day processes for smooth running of operations- Ongoing Audit
Ensure maximum patient satisfaction
Daily tracking of all operational issues through team huddles
Facility management
Inventory management
Utility management and ensuring timely submission of bills.
To ensure and coordinate Renewal of Licenses
Ensure Staff Training and implementation of new processes
Attendance management
Roster Preparation as well as Implementation in coordination
Ensuring effective CME program logistics
Compliance:
Compliance to Quality measures
Compliance to Non Clinical Training Modules
Compliance to CME/ CPD
Compliance to regular Meetings within the clinics and cross functional team
Compliance to all standard processes
Reconciliation of Day to Day Collection
Advisory –
Advise to the Area Sales Manager on the strategy for the cluster.
B2B program – providing non clinical expert advice – Drafting / Implementing (Freedom pus cards embedded in system) / development of services on non-clinical side – How does service look like & Diagnostics / New program delivery outside clinics / SPOC for corporates tie ups being based at clinic
DESIRED PROFILE
Qualification: • MHA / PGDHM (Hospital Management)
Experience • 5 years’ experience
Competencies
• Expertise in Operation management, people management, Quality control and Customer Relation Management.
