• Compliance with all standard processes
• Utility management and ensuring timely submission of bills.
• To ensure and coordinate Renewal of Licenses
• Employee Attendance & Roster management
• Managing employee retention & employee satisfaction
• Ensure Staff Training and implementation of new processes.
• Compliance of Clinical & Non-Clinical Training Modules.
• Process Compliance & Operational efficiency
• NPS
• ESAT score
• PMS Rating of 3 & above in the recent Perform
Qualification :Graduate / Postgraduate
Experience : 4+yrs
