Executive-IT Support

-Active Directory Domain, Group Policies, Domain controller migration and upgrades.
-File and Print sharing, File Server migrations.
-Microsoft Exchange or Office 365 messaging, Outlook Configurations.
-Knowledge of Data Backups, Backup Strategies, Experience on backup tools will be an additional advantage.
-Basic knowledge of Routers, Firewalls, NAT, VPN configuration (SonicWall preferable).
-Knowledge and working experience on Ticketing systems & Remote Administration tools.
-Good Desktop Troubleshooting experience.
-Anti-Virus installations and Troubleshooting.
-Knowledge of DHCP, DNS Management. Ticketing tools.
-Basic Laptop, desktop, printers, and overall network troubleshooting.

Asset management
Quickly to grasp and understand new tools and business application flows

Vendor Management
Internal stakeholder communications related to IT, Infra & applications
Experience in working in high pressure environment with aggressive turnaround time is a must.
