Job Description:
Work towards ‘error-free’ billing / right in first instance.
Managing appointments, registrations of patients.
Resolution of patient complaints pertaining to appointment / billing etc.
Escalation to appropriate team for quick resolutions.
Patient feedback.
Usage of system / IT – patient records.
Work with Nursing and doctors to provide ‘care coordination’.
Effective utilization of all communication and EPABX systems.
Communicating about facilities, services offered along policy & prices.
Qualification:
Graduate
Experience:
1-3 years; preferably with 2 years of service industry / healthcare industry
