Key Responsibilities
The incumbent in this position will:
Active Directory Domain, Group Policies, Domain controller migration and upgrades.
File and Print sharing, File Server migrations.
Microsoft Exchange or Office 365 messaging,
Outlook Configurations.
Knowledge of Data Backups, Backup Strategies, Experience on backup tools will be an additional advantage.
Basic knowledge of Routers, Firewalls, NAT, VPN configuration (SonicWall preferable).
Knowledge and working experience on Ticketing systems & Remote Administration tools.
Good Desktop Troubleshooting experience.
Anti-Virus installations and Troubleshooting.
Knowledge of DHCP, DNS Management. Ticketing tools.
Basic Laptop, desktop, printers, and overall network troubleshooting.
Asset management
Quickly to grasp and understand new tools and business application flows
Vendor Management
Internal stakeholder communications related to IT, Infra & applications
Experience in working in high pressure environment with aggressive turnaround time is a must.
Technical skills Known: L1 Support
Experience: 1-3 Years
Educational Qualification: Any Technical Graduation.
