Full Time Job Purpose
This position is responsible for managing the overall Medical Services of the New Vista (NV) Business of HCL Healthcare and ensuring clinical and service excellence, while supporting capacity enhancement and quality assurance activities.

1.Facilitate ensuring end-to-end clinical and service excellence by the NV clinical team, which primarily includes doctors (General Physicians) and nurses.
Support the initial evaluation of prospective candidates, including participation in the clinical (technical) round of the recruitment process for hiring NV doctors.
Facilitate the induction of the new NV team members.
Plan and conduct post-induction training and other capacity enhancement activities for the NV team members. Maintaining good rapport and warm connect with them is crucial, especially during the initial 90 days of their onboarding.
Carry out concurrent and onsite monitoring and evaluation; provide supportive supervision; and offer technical insights and support for process improvement. A minimum 25% of the time in this role will be spent traveling to the onsite clinics at various NV locations.
In case of contingency, must be ready to take the role of on ground Doctor at client location / NV Clinic.
Work closely with internal stakeholders, including the Central Quality, NV Business & Operations, HR, L&D, EMR& Business Analytics, and the on-ground clinic teams at various NV locations (onsite clinics).·
Create/ update SOP documentation for the NV Business. Liaise with NV Clients to provide periodic updates, technical support, and other inputs related to clinical and service excellence for the NV Business of HCL Healthcare
Analyse relevant data; provide technical support and inputs for preparing reports and dashboards; and make periodic presentations to key stakeholders on
observations, actions, and further planning and insights.
