Job Purpose
The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in managing the configuration and data of our healthcare
platform, creating standard operating procedures (SOPs), liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring
smooth customer onboarding and data migration & management. This role requires a deep
understanding of business requirements and the ability to translate them for the development team.

Key Responsibilities
The incumbent in this position will:
Healthcare Platform Configuration:  Manage and maintain the configuration settings of the healthcare platform.  Ensure the platform is set up to meet the specific needs of clients and stakeholders.
Data Management:  Oversee data integrity, quality, and consistency within the platform.  Support data migration processes and ensure seamless data transitions.
Client Onboarding:  Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.  Provide training and support to clients on platform features and functionalities.
Customer Issue Management:  Handle and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.  Collaborate with the technical team to address and rectify platform-related problems.
Stakeholder Liaison:  Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the technical team.  Facilitate effective communication to ensure business requirements are clearly understood and met.

Requirement Analysis:
 Break down Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Product Requirements Documents (PRD) into
actionable tasks.
 Conduct thorough analysis to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business goals.
SOP Creation:
 Develop and document standard operating procedures for platform usage, configuration, and
maintenance.
 Ensure SOPs are up-to-date and accessible to relevant teams.
Trainings:
 Provide ongoing training sessions to ensure users are fully informed about the platform.

Qualifications & Skills:
 MBA , B Tech, Any Stream or BCA
 Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the healthcare industry.
 Strong understanding of healthcare platforms and data management.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Proficiency in creating and maintaining SOPs.
 Ability to analyze and interpret BRDs and PRDs.
 Experience in client onboarding and customer support.
 Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
 Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., MS Office, data management systems), Power BI, Tableau, SQL
