Job Purpose
The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in managing the configuration and data of our healthcare
platform, creating standard operating procedures (SOPs), liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring
smooth customer onboarding and data migration & management. This role requires a deep
understanding of business requirements and the ability to translate them for the development team.
Key Responsibilities
The incumbent in this position will:
Healthcare Platform Configuration: Manage and maintain the configuration settings of the healthcare platform. Ensure the platform is set up to meet the specific needs of clients and stakeholders.
Data Management: Oversee data integrity, quality, and consistency within the platform. Support data migration processes and ensure seamless data transitions.
Client Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Provide training and support to clients on platform features and functionalities.
Customer Issue Management: Handle and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. Collaborate with the technical team to address and rectify platform-related problems.
Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the technical team. Facilitate effective communication to ensure business requirements are clearly understood and met.
Requirement Analysis:
Break down Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Product Requirements Documents (PRD) into
actionable tasks.
Conduct thorough analysis to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business goals.
SOP Creation:
Develop and document standard operating procedures for platform usage, configuration, and
maintenance.
Ensure SOPs are up-to-date and accessible to relevant teams.
Trainings:
Provide ongoing training sessions to ensure users are fully informed about the platform.
Qualifications & Skills:
MBA , B Tech, Any Stream or BCA
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the healthcare industry.
Strong understanding of healthcare platforms and data management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in creating and maintaining SOPs.
Ability to analyze and interpret BRDs and PRDs.
Experience in client onboarding and customer support.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., MS Office, data management systems), Power BI, Tableau, SQL
