Shift – General shift (Mon to Fri) 

Job Purpose:
The requisite role requires the candidate to be well versed with marketing and communications activities including event management, digital marketing, vendor management, project execution, websites management and a creative bent of mind. It is a multi-tasker role that will require meticulous planning and implementation of campaigns for various stakeholders.

Core Responsibilities :

– Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across all channels.

– Manage social media presence, including content creation, community management, and analytics reporting.

– Conduct market research and analyze data to inform future strategies.

– Coordinate with sales team to develop targeted campaigns and promotions.

– Monitor competitive landscape and stay up to date on industry trends.

– Identify and explore new business opportunities that align with our strategic objectives.

– Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new markets and expand our customer base.

– Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring favorable terms and mutually beneficial outcomes.

– Embody our brand identity and values, bringing them to life through your creative approach.

Preferred Candidate profile –
– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration or related field.
– Min 5 years relevant experience
– Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
– Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
– Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
– Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
– Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving business objectives.
