Streamline day-to-day operational activities ensuring minimum customer grievances.
Responsible for day-to-day operations (including Front Office, Security, billing & collections and
Housekeeping, attendance tracking, Facility management, etc.)
Implementation:
Ensure Quality parameters being implemented, and record maintained.
Ensure daily tracking of day-to-day processes for smooth running of operations- Ongoing Audit Ensure maximum patient satisfaction Daily tracking of all operational issues through team huddles Facility management Inventory management
Utility management and ensuring timely submission of bills.
To ensure and coordinate Renewal of Licenses Ensure Staff Training and implementation of new processes
Attendance management
Roster Preparation as well as Implementation in coordination Ensuring effective CME program logistics
Compliance:
Compliance to Quality measure
Compliance to Non-Clinical Training Modules
Compliance to CME/ CPD Compliance to regular Meetings within the clinics and cross functional team
Compliance to all standard processes
Reconciliation of Day to Day Collection
Advisory –
Advise to the Area Sales Manager on the strategy for the cluster.
B2B program – providing non clinical expert advice – Drafting / Implementing (Freedom pus cards embedded in system) / development of services on non-clinical side – How does service look like & Diagnostics / New program delivery outside clinics / SPOC for corporates tie ups being based at clinic

Job Description
1. Project Coordination: Collaborate with different departments to manage project activities efficiently. Collaborate with the Project Manager to plan, initiate, execute, monitor, and close projects according to established timelines and budgets.
2. Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders, including team members, clients, vendors, and senior management.
3. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project and process documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant artifacts. Generate comprehensive reports to support management decision-making.
4. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues on time. Implement risk response strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure successful project outcomes.
5. Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to established project management methodologies and best practices.
6. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices to improve project delivery capabilities.
7. Vendor Bills Reconciliation and Tracking: Liaise with vendors to ensure timely reconciliation of bills, improve service delivery, and optimize vendor relationships.
8. Meet Process Targets: Take ownership of commercial targets and collaborate with the team to achieve them.
9. Create SOPs: Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process flows to streamline operations.
10. Customer & Client Interactions: Engage with customers regularly to gather feedback and identify areas for process improvement
Qualifications and Experience required:
Qualification Bachelor’s degree in any discipline having Maths or Accounting during graduation
Experience Minimum 5 to 7 yrs in Operations
Competencies / Attributes Analytics skills, knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Excellent Analytics Skills
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
