Work towards error-free billing / right in first instance
Managing appointments, registrations of patients
Resolution of patient complaints pertaining to appointment / billing etc
Escalation to appropriate team for quick resolutions
Usage of system / IT patient records
Work with Nursing and doctors to provide care coordination
Effective utilization of all communication and EPABX systems.
Communicating about facilities, services offered along policy & prices.
Experience - 3-5 yrs; preferably with 2 of service industry / healthcare industry.
