Job Purpose:
To lead, manage and develop the department to ensure it achieves the highest possible standards of excellence in all its activities.
Core Responsibilities:
Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the business unit.
Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes & provide HR policy guidance.
Builds a strong business relationship with the internal stake holders.
Facilitates the management team to bring best solutions for employees.
Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management.
Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances of the employees.
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
Provide suggestions to the Management on hiring and terminations.
To ensure 100 % attendance in Training completion.
Attendance Tracking and reducing absenteeism through absent interviews.
To participate in Employee Counselling.
To plan and execute employment engagement activities.
Qualifications:
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources.
Experience: • 5-7 years of experience in a similar role.
Competencies:
Good Communication Skills.
Good Analytical Skills and Data Management.
Must be well versed with MS Office.
