Purpose of the role
To provide information to the patients and give the ‘world class patient experience’ with respect to the appointment management, billing and other administrative processes
Key Responsibilities
• Work towards ‘error-free’ billing / right in first instance
• Managing appointments, registrations of patients
• Resolution of patient complaints pertaining to appointment / billing etc
• Escalation to appropriate team for quick resolutions
• Patient feedback
• Usage of system / IT – patient records
• Work with Nursing and doctors to provide ‘care coordination’
• Effective utilization of all communication and EPABX systems.
• Communicating about facilities, services offered along policy & prices.
DESIRED PROFILE
Qualification: • Graduate
Experience • 3-5 yrs; preferably with 2 of service industry / healthcare industry.
