1. Work towards ‘error-free’ billing / right in first instance.
2. Managing appointments, registrations of patients.
3.Resolution of patient complaints pertaining to appointment / billing etc.
4. Escalation to appropriate team for quick resolutions.
5. Patient feedback. Usage of system / IT – patient records.
6. Work with Nursing and doctors to provide ‘care coordination’.
7. Effective utilization of all communication and EPABX systems.
8. Communicating about facilities, services offered along policy & prices.

Experience
3-5 years; preferably with 2 years of service industry / healthcare industry.
