Job Description…
The incumbent in this position will:
• At times, will have to plan and operate from client locations to provide a governance layer to camp.
• Download and upload medical reports from all vendor portals to HCL Healthcare’s portal.
• Handle first-level escalations.
• To meticulously curate and maintain a MIS encompassing all reports and partial reports ,promptly identifying, and highlighting any observed gaps in tenure,
ensuring comprehensive data integrity.
• Ensure the confirmation of health check bookings with all vendors for a seamless and organized process.
• Liaise with NV Clients to provide periodic updates, technical support and other inputs related to NV nurses clinical and service excellence and quality assurance .Periodic presentations to key stakeholders on observations ,actions, and further planning and insights.
