• Patiently responding to patients medical problems by refering to their history ,carrying out diagnosis ,treatment ,counselling and referral where
necessary
• Do proper Cross checking patients details, taking brief medical historty of the patient
• Physician utilize virtual communication channels to provide remote medical services to patients with common illnesses and chronic health conditions
• Well versed with excel and writing emails
• Must posses strong communication skills, critical thinking and a deep understanding of medical terminology and practices
• Should also be able to address patients concerns regarding the use of tele medicine services
• Asking patients situation specific questions to formulate accurate diagnosis
• Formulate suitable treatment plans to address conditions like common colds flu UTI ear infections , allergies and rashes
• Analyze diagnostic tests results and explaining them to patients
• OHC visit on need basis as a replacement of OHC doctor
• Be very soft and polite
• Assist in virtual /onsite training of OHC staff
• Help in drafting SOP for OHC if required
• Do consultation of patients post health checks
• Able to give clinical guidance to OHC staff
• Help in conducting medical camps or webinar for clients
